Health Insurance / Direct Billing:

As a Registered Massage Therapist my services can be used to submit a claim to a health insurance provider. Please check to ensure your plan covers Massage Therapy and details about coverage maximum, co-pay etc.

At this time I do not provide direct billing services.

Payment methods include:

Cash, e-transfer, Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit, and Mastercard Debit.

 

Cancellations:

Should you need to change or cancel your appointment, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required in order to avoid being charged a cancellation fee. Please visit the Fees Policy section of the website for more information.
